• Helping more unemployed and inactive people to enter and progress in employment
  • Increasing the number of young people who are in education, employment or training
  • Making skills provision more responsive to the needs of the local economy

CT Skills hold significant contracts to support unemployed, inactive or NEET individuals in the D2N1 area.

Funded activities must complement or enhance support available through national programmes and be tailored to the needs of the D2N1 area.

Potential subcontract partners should be ready to commence delivery with immediate effect and must be able to demonstrate a track record of recent provision delivery and expertise in the sectors and locations within the LEP area contracts.

An ability to tailor support and delivery to individual stakeholder needs and offer value for money is essential.
