Warehouse Operatives with PMP Recruitment- Derby

There are 3 warehousing opportunities available in various locations across the East Midlands.

In Raynesway, there is the opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for a reputable company.

The daily tasks included are:

  • Picking and Packing items ready for distribution
  • Using a handheld scanner to sort items
  • Manual Lifting involved
  • Unloading containers

The working hours for day shifts are Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm /3pm – 11pm, rotating weekly.

The working hours for night shifts are Sunday to Thursday 11pm – 7am.

The hourly shift rate is £9.50 p/h, with overtime paid at a premium 1.5 rate after 37.5 working hours.

For this role, there is public transport available.


In West Hallam, there is another opportunity at a separate company to be a Warehouse Operative scanning and working on QR Codes for Home Accessories.

The working hours are 6am- 2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotating basis.

Candidates will ideally need their own transport for this role.


In East Midlands Gateway, there is another opportunity at a separate company working on a production line, picking, packing and relabelling. This is a brand new site!

The working hours are 6am- 2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotating basis.

For this role, there is a bus route available.


Qualification: Level 1 Employability, Level 1 Manual Handling

Length of Study: 6 days
