The roles available are Floor Supervisor, Floor Manager and Customer Service Assistant.

These roles include tasks such as:

Customer service:

    • Replenishment of stock.
    • Gap filling
    • Excellent customer service
    • Replenishment of shop making sure its fit for trade
    • Remerchandising different seasons
    • Cleaning around the Store
    • Cash handling
    • Warehouse duties

    Working deliveries at a fast pace

The wage for this role is National Minimum Wage with varying shift hours.

Floor Supervisor:

Your role includes responsibilities such as:

Maintain the Basics

  • Support driving the store standards to match our ‘Perfect Day’ every day, communicating commercial merchandising principles to all colleagues
  • Ensure the store follows the ACT principles, Available, clean and ticketed every day
  • Ensure our colleagues and customers are working/shopping in a safe environment with everyone compliant with our H&S policy
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of HELP our Customer Service Proposition
  • Ensure that the Values are at the heart of everything we do

Managing KPI’s

  • Support the team ensuring that sales targets are achieved through analysing ROS (Return on Space) and driving commerciality across the store
  • Protect the businesses profitably by managing Shrink and waste in line with targets
  • Ensure that the company standards are achieved daily in line with our Compliance audit

Looking after our Teams

  • Support the management of our teams and motivate them to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Make our stores a fun place to work
  • Use our Boards and Huddles to drive a communication plan that ensures business information (Weekly Colleague News) is communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all Colleagues have the correct dress standards
  • Ensure colleagues receive the right training

Safe & Legal

  • Ensure all colleagues are fully trained and compliant to ensure we are safe & legal at all times.

People Development

  • Support with the development for all colleagues, ensuring that all colleagues understand how their career progression is possible through our Step Up Programme
  • Support the management team to ensure that an annual people review takes place for every colleague

The wage for Floor Supervisor is £9.21 per hour, with 20 working hours per week.

Floor Manager:

  • Job require key holder responsibilities including opening and closing store
  • Support the Store Management team in the running of the store ensuring that you deliver the best store standards through our teams for our customers

  • Ensure that the Values are at the heart of everything we do

  • Aged 19+ and not in employment or education OR
  • Unemployed or earning less than £17,374.50
  • Be a British or EU citizen and lived in the EU for more than 3 years
  • be working to at least Level 1 in Literacy (assessed on selection day).
