Sales Advisors with Vodafone – Stoke (19+)

Vodafone have various exciting opportunities to work for one of the UK’s award-winning brands as an Inbound Sales Advisor, Webchat Sales Advisor and part time Inbound Sales Advisor.

You will be playing a crucial role within the Retention team, so we need someone who will always put the customer at the forefront of their mind and can keep up with the fast-paced environment. Resilience is key and being able to bounce back from minor setbacks and keeping motivated for your next customer will be important.

Roles available:

• Part time Sales Advisors £10,608 + Commission
• Full time Sales Advisors £19,890 + Commission

Qualifications – Sales Advisor:

The delivery of this programme is remote with live virtual daily teaching from your assigned Tutor. Training includes:

• Level 1 in Customer Service
• Level 1 Personal Development Award

Eligibility:

To be eligible learners should be:

• Aged 19 before the 31st August 2021
• Unemployed or claiming out of work benefits.
• A British or EU citizen and lived in the UK for more than three years
• Be working to at least Entry Level 3 in Literacy
