HomeLet provides a service to the Letting Industry. The main client base is made up of Property Management Agencies, Letting Agents and private landlords who submit application forms to us for assessment.
The role of a Referencing Executive is to obtain and complete references by phone, update systems with relevant information based on the actions you have taken and ensure the correct decision has been made based on information obtained.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities will include to remain 100% FCA and GDPR compliant, to take ownership and responsibility of your workload, ensuring that your required allocation of work is cleared by the end of each day. To achieve 85% or higher on all quality assessments ensuring Severity 1 and Severity 2 errors are not received, document all actions fully and accurately in the case log and update the letting agent/applicant when necessary assess tenancy applications and make decisions in line with HomeLet’s criteria.
To support all Referencing customers through every step of the process by providing efficient and professional customer service which is focussed on getting it right first time and to highlight
potentially fraudulent applications through the relevant channels to ensure that any risk to Barbon or its customers is reduced or mitigated completely.
