Referencing Executive with Homelet – Lincoln (19+)

CT Skills are working in partnership with Homelet to recruit Referencing Executives at Hestia House in Lincoln.

Prior to your interview you will be required to complete a 9 day online training course.

HomeLet provides a service to the Letting Industry. The main client base is made up of Property Management Agencies, Letting Agents and private landlords who submit application forms to us for assessment.

The role of a Referencing Executive is to obtain and complete references by phone, update systems with relevant information based on the actions you have taken and ensure the correct decision has been made based on information obtained.

Hours of work are Annualised – between 08.00–20.00 Monday – Friday, 09.00-16.00 Saturday. An average of 37.5 hours per week variable relating to peak & off peak periods according to the business needs including Saturdays.

Typically the team members will work 9-5.30 Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (where a day off is given in the week where a Saturday is worked). During our summer season is where we kick in annualised hours, where people will work one extra hour, but they get this pot of hours back in the quieter times of the year.

Qualifications – Sales Advisor:

The delivery of this programme is remote with live virtual daily teaching from your assigned Tutor. Training includes:

  • Level 1 in Customer Service
  • Level 1 Personal Development Award

Eligibility:

To be eligible learners should be:

  • Aged 19 before the 31st August 2021
  • Unemployed or claiming out of work benefits.
  • A British or EU citizen and lived in the UK for more than three years
  • Be working to at least Level 1 in Literacy
