Revere Pub Company are searching for passionate, motivated Line Chefs and Junior Sous Chefs to work at their country hotel, The Farmhouse at Mackworth.
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF:
As a Sous Chef with us, you’ll know all there is to know about running a busy fresh food kitchen, working as part of a kitchen management team. From online ordering and controlling stock, through portion and wastage control, to a sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene, as well as managing and developing the wider kitchen team. This is a full time role with an hourly wage of up to £9.50.
As a Line Chef in The Farmhouse at Mackworth, you’ll know all there is to know about working in a fast paced kitchen and have a natural flair for presentation. From preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills – your contribution will certainly count. Whilst working in our kitchens no 2 days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus. This is a full time role with an hourly wage of up to £9.50 p/h.
