Pub and bars giant Marstons are searching for passionate, motivated Line Chefs
and Junior Sous Chefs to work at their Hartford Hall branch.
LINE CHEF:
This is a great opportunity for an excellent individual to progress in their career
and climb the ladder to become Head Chef. From preparation to food handling
and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills – your contribution will
certainly count. You will take care in ensuring presentation is key, whilst
comfortably working in a busy kitchen. Ideal candidates will have experience in a
fast paced kitchen working a similar role whilst delivering quality dishes to a high
level of standard. The hourly wage for this role is £10.50.

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF:
This is a great opportunity for an excellent individual to progress in their career
and climb the ladder to become Head Chef. Like the role of Line Chef, the role of
Junior Sous Chef includes working well in a fast paced kitchen with skills in food
hygiene, presentation and time management. Ideal candidates will have
competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company
specifications and be an excellent team player with high level of communication.

Qualification: Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service, Food Hygiene qualification

Length of Study: 11 days

Teaching Method: Online learning
