Our primary aim is to provide you with the skills and qualifications needed to secure employment into the social care sector with the help of Inspired to Care.
During your short time with CT Skills you will develop a broad skill-set including industry fundamentals as well as specialist knowledge such as; safeguarding awareness, mental health awareness and an introduction into dementia.
Inspired to Care are working with adult social care employers across Leicestershire to find talented new care professionals.

Employers often require staff to work flexibly to ensure people receive the care and support they need in the early morning, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. There are also great opportunities for night positions. There are part-time, full-time and casual contracts available on permanent or temporary basis.
As well as your theoretical training for employment in a Health & Social Care setting, you also benefit from Employability training.
The Employability element of the course is designed specifically to prepare you for your job interview with Inspired to Care as well as generally in the Health & Social Care industry.
