We provide a range of care and support services for our residents in Grantham. We’re seeking to recruit some great care assistants; people with the right values and behaviours – could this be you? We’re looking for carers who can work variable hours, 6.45am/7.00am – 3.00pm and 2.45pm/3.00pm – 10.00pm/10.30pm shifts and be available to work alternate weekends.

The role is varied so no two days are the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include support with daily personal care needs including medication, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and well being such as arts and crafts, musical evenings and social occasions.

You will be one of the driving forces behind promoting resident’s integration and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

As a Home Care Assistant with Key 2 Care you can enjoy pay starting at £8.94 per hour, fortnightly pay, double pay on Public Holidays, up to 28 days holiday a year, work based pension and free uniform and provided with PPE. Where would you be based?

This is a residential care assistant and Key 2 Care have opportunities in the following care homes:
NG32- Ancaster, Allington, Caythorpe, Wilsford, Barrowby, Long Bennington, Harlaxton, Foston.
NG33-Skillington, Ropsley, Corby Glen, Burton Coggles, Little Ponton, South Witham, Colsterworth.
NG34- Sleaford

Varying shift hours and wages available

Be aged 18 before the 31st August 2021
Be unemployed or claiming out of work benefits
Or be Employed and earning under £17,374.50.
Be a British or EU citizen and lived in the EU for more
than three years,
Be working to at least Level 1 in Literacy
