You will be required to complete a 6-day online course prior to your interview.
Due to expansion over the past 12 months, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our thriving and vibrant Customer Experience Department in our head office in Derby.

Your roles and responsibilities could include
• Establishing relationships with clients; new, existing, and potential through regular contact
• Maintaining the diaries of Legal Advisors with new and amended client meetings
• Responding to inbound calls from our clients in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist in ensuring our client management system is maintained with accurate and up to date information
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and advise to meet the client’s needs. Keen attention to detail. The ability to work well as part of a wider team network as well as being able to work on your own initiative. Passion about supporting those in need and providing outstanding customer service.
