Customer Service Assistants with B&M- Chesterfield

Fully funded by the UK Government, our pre-employment training courses are built with the purpose to ensure you gain a new skillset and qualification to begin or expand your career journey. The qualification you will receive can be up to Level 2, which is equivalent to a GCSE C grade.

The B&M team is rapidly expanding across the UK and are looking for the most talented retail professionals to join their team. All new recruits are given the opportunity to fast track their careers at all levels within the business.

As a Customer Service Assistant, your role will include replenishing stock, gap filling, providing excellent customer service, re-merchandising different seasons, cash handling, warehouse duties, working deliveries at a fast pace and replenishing the shop to make sure it’s fit for trade. The role of Pricer includes pricing up merchandise. The role of Cleaner includes cleaning the store to high standards.

Price: 12 hours per week. 4.30-pm- 8.30pm, 3 days over 7 days.

Cleaner: 20 hours per week. 6am -10am. 5 days over 7 days/

Customer Service Assistant: 16 hours per week with varying shifts.

The wage for these roles is National Minimum Wage.

At the end of your time with CT Skills, you will have the skills and qualifications required to confidently attend a pre-arranged interview.

Qualification: Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service

Length of Study: 11 Days
