Due to expansion over the past 12 months we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our thriving and vibrant Customer Experience Department in our head office in Derby.

Your roles and responsibilities could include maintaining reception area specifically and office area generally – keeping areas clean, tidy and presentable at all times. Responding to inbound calls from our clients in a timely and friendly manner. Assist in ensuring our client management system is maintained with accurate and up to date information.

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and advise to meet the client’s needs. Keen attention to detail. The ability to work well as part of a wider team network as well as being able to work on your own initiative. Passion about supporting those in need and providing outstanding customer service.

ELIGIBILITY

Aged 16 before the 31st August 2021.
Unemployed or claiming out of work benefits, or employed and earning under £17374.50 per year.
A British or EU citizen and lived in the EU for more than three years.
Working to at least Level 1 in Literacy.
