Care Workers, Support Workers, Activities Coordinators in Warwickshire (19+)

CT Skills are working with multiple employers to recruit Care Workers, Support Workers and Activities Coordinators across Warwickshire.

You will be required to complete a 9-day face to face course at our Fletcher Gate offices in Nottingham prior to your interview.

Our primary aim is to provide you with the skills and qualifications needed to secure employment into the social care sector.

During your short time with CT Skills, you will develop a broad skill set including industry fundamentals as well as specialist knowledge such as safeguarding awareness, mental health awareness and an introduction into dementia.

Employers often require staff to work flexibly to ensure people receive the care and support they need in the evenings and weekends. There are part-time and full-time contracts available, covering day shifts, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications – Sales Advisor:

The delivery of this programme is remote with live virtual daily teaching from your assigned Tutor. Training includes:

  • Level 1 Introduction to Health, Social Care

Eligibility:

To be eligible learners should be:

  • Aged 19 before the 31st August 2021
  • Unemployed or claiming out of work benefits.
  • A British or EU citizen and lived in the UK for more than three years
  • Be working to at least Level 1 in Literacy
