The role: The Nottinghamshire Police are recruiting for Force Control Room vacancies.The role includes operating the communication systems and equipment. The role further includes receiving, evaluating and processing a range of telephone calls, create and update incidents using the force command and control system, take internal calls, prepare statements and attend court when required, provide control room functions and much more.
The annual wage is £20,619 + shift enhancements. The working hours are 24 hours 7 days a week, typically 4 days on, 4 days off.
The Nottinghamshire Police are recruiting for First Contact Enquiry Officer’s. The role includes being the first point of contact for the public visiting the police station. The role further includes dealing with callers enquiries, passing information to the appropriate person or department, dealing with missing persons, lost property and stolen vehicles, recording crime details and reports and more.
The working week consists of 37.5 hours in a shift system. The shifts will rotate between the hours of 8am and 8pm, working over 5 days. The annual wage is £20k.
