Universal Credit has been introduced in Nottingham!
It will replace six of the main means-tested benefits including; Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Child Tax Credit & more.
As part of this transition to Universal Credit, claimants will be required to have Basic IT skills to complete their digital UC Journal, be able to manage their credit online, budget their finances and have a single form of photo ID. Are you ready?
CT Skills are delivering a short 12 day IT & Employability course with bespoke Universal Credit and budgeting units and will receive the following:
Entry Level 3 IT Users Qualification
Entry Level 3 Foundation Learning for
Employability Skills Qualification
Provisional Driving License*
All candidates who complete the course will receive a FREE provisional driving license to meet photo ID criteria.

To be eligible for this course fully-funded you must;
be aged 19 and claiming an unemployment benefit (JSA, UC, ESA-WRAG or IS)
have lived in the EU for more than 3 years.
*To be eligible for the provisional driving license all learners must achieve the course and supply a suitable printed photo.
