All employer lead short-courses with CT Skills are designed specifically for those requiring access to fast, sustainable employment opportunities with the skills needed to succeed at interview.

During your short time with CT Skills you will develop a broad skill-set that will enable you to secure an industry qualification as well as insight and knowledge in to partnered vacancy and employer requirements.

The role: Eden Futures is a supported living company with 33 services across the UK. They support adults with either learning/physical disabilities/mental health etc to live independently in their own communities. Your responsibilities include supporting individuals, safety and safeguarding, working as a team member, supporting a clean and safe environment, supporting individuals with management of medication, being respectful at all times and much more.

You must be able to work a variation of different shifts incl some weekends and bank holidays. There are a number of vacancies available with full, part time and bank positions. Eden Futures offer a National Minimum Wage+ and a range of benefits.

Getting started: We don’t believe your career should have to wait so neither do our courses. At CT Skills Nottingham we enrol new classroom learners every week.

  Who is it available to? To complete this programme fully-funded you need to be: 

• Aged 16-19 and not in employment or education 

OR

• Aged 19+ unemployed or earning less than £16,009.50.
