During your short time with CT Skills you will develop a broad skill-set that will enable you to secure an industry qualification as well as insight and knowledge in to partnered vacancy and employer requirements.
The role: Esland Group have a clear mission of providing high quality residential care, education and other services that offer a bespoke service to local authorities ensuring they get the best outcomes for their young people.
They are recruiting for Residential Care Workers to work at a new home opening in Grantham and two homes in Vale of Belvoir.
The role includes ensuring safeguarding of all young people, contributing to the young person’s care plans and risk assessments, to ensure good quality records are maintained, to ensure the home is kept clean and in a tidy condition, to cook and ensure the young people are supplied with nutritious meals, to dispense, record and administer medication as required and much more.
The hourly wage is £8.31-£9.10. The wage for sleep in is £60. The working hours are 173 hours per month full time.
