The role: Vodafone are recruiting for Inbound Telesales Advisers and Inbound Retention Advisers to join their team.
The role includes taking calls on an inbound basis from new or existing customers.Candidates must be customer focused, target driven and willing to engage the audience’s attention. The aim of the role is to deliver an exceptional experience to every customer and secure them into a sale.
The working hours consist of 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday. The basic salary is £19,000 plus increase subject to monthly sales targets. There are great bonuses included within the role and 33 days of annual leave per year.
