What does this opportunity include?

CT Skills are working in partnership with Vodafone to fill a number of immediate start Customer Service vacancies. This opportunity includes a fully-funded 10 day Customer Service training course followed by a guaranteed job interview with Vodafone.

The qualifications you will gain from this are the following:

L1 Certificate for Introduction to Customer Service

L1 Certificate in Personal Development for Employability

This role is about customer service and you will be taking calls from Vodaphone customers that need your support. Regardless of who you are, where you come from and no matter what your background is – Vodafone welcomes anyone who has a good work ethic.

Am I eligible?

If you are interested in this opportunity you will simply need to meet the following government criteria;

  • Over the age of 19 on (August 31st 2018) and
    – Unemployed or
    – Employed and earning under £15,736.50
