The role: Hillarys currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Contact Centre roles to join their Customer Service department in Colwick. The role includes being the first point of contact for our new and existing customers, utilising a variety of contact channels, handling inbound and outbound calls and online appointment requests from customers, helping customers with cancellations and rebookings, interacting with customers and much more.
There are a number of vacancies available. The shift patterns are flexible to suit both full and part time. The hours are between 8am-9pm for Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm for the weekend. The wage is £8.78 per hour.
