CT Skills celebrates Apprenticeship Achievement Rates above National Average
CT Skills are celebrating their latest success as their apprenticeship achievement rates are 9.6% above the national average for private providers.
Announced by the government yesterday, the latest National Achievement Rates show that CT Skills apprenticeship achievement rate was 75% across all apprenticeship provision, compared to 67.3% as the national average.
CT Skills currently train over 500 apprentices working for leading businesses such as J Tomlinson, Larwood Health, Scarsdale Vets, Node 4 and Rodgers Leask. All of whom employ apprentices that contributed to the outstanding Achievement Rates of AAT Accountancy learners, with over 33% more Level 4 apprentices achieving their qualification than the national average.
Alex Ford, Chief Executive Officer commented;
“We are very proud of our Apprenticeship success rates, which reflect the hard work, passion and dedication of our learners and employees.
CT Skills care about creating opportunities for local residents looking for great opportunities and apprenticeships. We work with fantastic employers which means we can provide our learners with the qualifications and experience they need to gain successful roles in their chosen sectors or to take their studies further. Apprenticeships are the fastest way for anyone to shape the workforce of the future!”
