Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3
A qualification in Management is ideal for individuals looking to further develop their leadership skills and manage a team. You will begin to demonstrate a range of technical and wider sector based knowledge and drive your team to deliver results. As an apprentice you will be paid whilst working in full time employment and completing your qualification.
Whilst performing the day to day duties of your role you will study and sit exams for the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Management
- Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths & English (if required).
An assessor will come to your workplace for tuition and you will sit your exams in your workplace where possible.
What will I learn?
A Level 3 Management qualification covers a wide range of leadership skills and understanding and these are tailored to your job role, so you can put into practise what you’re learning. You could cover units in: Managing budgets, discipline and grievance management, working relationships with stakeholders, gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback.
Who is an apprenticeship suitable for?
Apprenticeships can be undertaken by anyone, no formal qualifications are usually required. Full government funding is available for 16-18 year olds. Those aged 19 or over may still qualify for partial government funding with an employer contribution.
