During this Apprenticeship, participants will cover topics allowing them to develop skills such as; promoting positive behaviour, supporting pupils, using information and communication technology, helping with children’s social development.
The UK Average salary for a qualified teaching assistant is £19,349.
Within 12 – 18 months apprentices will be fully qualified as an Education Professional.
Delivery takes place 80% in the workplace and 20% classroom.

This apprenticeship is suitable for anyone who has completed a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or have a years’ experience in the industry.
Prominently as this level, employers are seeking individuals who are committed to a career in teaching and developing their skills.

All* CT Skills apprentices will trained within the workplace with visits from their Trainer/Assessor scheduled to fit around them. This provides a unique opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt within your job role.
CT Skills Apprenticeships offer more than just a qualification while you work. Where possible all members of our Trainer/Assessor team have been recruited from the industry they are delivering on, meaning they are able to offer valuable insight beyond the modules and assessment criteria.
