ADULT HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE APPRENTICESHIP LEVEL 2
Adult Health and Social Care is undergoing radical and rapid change resulting in demand for well-trained and multi-skilled people.
With more than two decades of experience as a training provider we can support you to invest in new talent and mould them into the culture and ethos of your organisation or develop existing staff to reach their potential and increase their own capacity and performance.
These apprenticeships are suitable for a variety of roles including:
• Health Care Assistant
• Assistant Practitioner
• Support Workers
• Clinical Support Worker
• Care Home Manager
• Care Home Supervisor
• Adult Care Worker
• Personal Assistant
**New Apprenticeship Standards include an independent End Point Assessment (EPA) that all apprentices must pass to complete their apprenticeship and confirm competence in their role. The EPA is an assessment of all the knowledge, skills and behaviours that have been learnt throughout the apprenticeship. The employer agrees with the tutor when the apprentice has completed all the required elements of the Standard (the Gateway criteria) and then the EPA is completed. The EPA organisation is independent and the apprenticeship certificate will only be awarded after the EPA is passed.
