Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 2)

As a Customer Service Apprentice you will be at the forefront of your organisation, whether that’s through a phone or face-to-face communication. No two days are the same in customer service, so if you like a varied job and you’re a ‘people person’, a customer service apprenticeship is for you! 

As an apprentice you will be paid whilst working in full time employment and completing your qualification.

Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 3)

As a level 3 Customer Service Apprentice you will be delivering high level customer service to your clients. You will begin to take responsibility for managing your own work load and prepare to take on a higher level position. 

As an apprentice you will be paid whilst working in full time employment and completing your qualification.
