Learner Satisfaction Rates are 93.1% for CT Skills.

The official FE Choices learner satisfaction survey results have been published today and CT Skills achieved 93.1% which is 12.1 % higher than the national average for colleges. The average score of other training providers is 88.2% and the average for colleges is 81%.

“We are absolutely delighted with the results of the government’s latest FE Choices satisfaction survey for CT Skills. To achieve a satisfaction score of 93.1% shows how much our learners value our staff, our learning resources and our employer partners.

To achieve satisfaction scores that are 5% higher than the industry average for training providers and 12% higher than colleges shows how committed we are to taking on board the views of others and using that feedback to keep getting better.”

CT Skills is an ambitious business which employs over 110 employees and has a turnover of over £5m. Their August 2016 Ofsted inspection was graded Good for apprenticeship delivery (overall grade also Good) they also hold the British Quality Standard ISO 9001 and hold the Investors in People (IiP) Silver Award.

They offer apprenticeships in a wide range of sectors including Accountancy, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Childcare, Housing and Leadership & Management. Their qualifications range from entry level to Level 5 senior management.
