I eventually came across CT Skills and spoke with Dharm who explained their apprenticeship offering and I immediately jumped at the opportunity to enrol three of my employees.” CT Skills went through the apprenticeship process with Zinthiya and enrolled two employees on to the Level 2 Housing Management qualification and the other on to the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship. Zinthiya continued; “My employees have just begun their apprenticeship and have met with their tutor, Louise who has been a pleasure to work with.
