Made in the Midlands Apprenticeship Awards: FINALISTS ANNOUNCED

Inaugural MITM Apprenticeship Awards

The Made in the Midlands Apprenticeship Award Finalists’ have been announced, building excitement for the official awards ceremony on 9th March 2018 at our Derby and Nottingham centres.
CT Skills received hundreds of entries from both apprentices and employers, and were extremely pleased to see how many talented and inspirational apprentices are currently working within a variety of sectors across the midlands.
Our panel of apprenticeship experts shortlisted just 22 finalists, who have each been invited to the Made in the Midlands ceremony. Here we will be celebrating their individual success in the company of other apprentices at CT Skills along with their parents and employers.

“I can’t speak highly enough of [nominee] and the impact that she has had here. She has become a rock within the business and constantly offers a fresh perspective. We now can’t imagine not having an apprentice to bring on.”

2018 Employer Nomination

All finalists will receive a certificate of achievement, with the overall winners of each category being announced by a guest speaker on the day, as well as receiving a prize.
Upon choosing the finalists, CT Skills CEO, Alex Ford said; “I have always recognised the huge amount of talent that our apprentices possess but to see this volume of nominations was awe-inspiring. It was an extremely tough decision to shortlist just 24 finalists as they are all so unique in their own way. We can’t wait to celebrate the learner’s achievements with them and their employers at the Made in the Midlands Awards.”

The Made in the Midlands Awards will be take place during the Apprenticeship Forum on Friday 9th March.

The Apprenticeship Forum is open to the general public and we encourage those considering an apprenticeship to attend the Awards Ceremony portion of this inspirational event.
